Introduction:
Rotary disc aerator is a horizontal aeration machine. The horizontal spindle drives disc to rotate, which makes the wave a horizontal flow. Disc aerator has characteristics of high oxygen volume, better mixing action and good capacity of plug flow. The oxidation ditch technology with disc aerator has now been widely used for urban sewage treatment and industrial sewage treatment with great results.

Functional Principle:
Disc aerator is densely covered by reminding bumps, round pits and air holes on its surface. The principle is to drive the wave to move in the horizontal direction through the rotation of disc. The special shape of disc can increase the air amount into the wave and cut off air bubbles forcibly, in order to improve its oxygenation capacity.
